Finally have a open weekend Smiley thinking about a desert type overland run .

Always wanted to run 2nd half of Bradshaw to the AZ border:
http://www.desertusa.com/mag03/trails/trails11.html

Never been so local support would nice, if you're intrested please post  up, Suggetions or other destinations welcome  Grin   but it has to be that weekend.

Mojave Rd normally better in April, might be a bit early? However, been nice & warm lately so that might work also if the lake is dry?

Bradshaw sounds good to me since I have never been. Put us down as 99% yes.

I'm a definate maybe.  This is a fun trip and should be suitable for stockers and 2-wheel drives if we don't get a lot of rain before the run.

I'd play cash money that the desert will be in bloom then. I ran the trail all the way to the border and the trail is pretty easy - a compacted dirt road.

Sounds like a fun run, and it happens that my wife's family is down visiting that weekend.  Perfect time/excuse to get out of the house?  Put me down as praying to go, and I'll update you after I get the results from the inquiry.   Grin

The upholstery-on-bare-skin shouldn't be too bad around early Spring.  Grin
