FOUND BOTH! Thanks to all who replied
- - - -

Hiya guyz - Need help locating the following items (or point me in a direction):

1) M226 axle; preferably from a Fronty (already SOA)

2) Titan OR Front dif with complete axles (CVs and half shafts)

Just putting the word out there if anybody hears/sees/has anything that they are giving up/selling. I also would like to know what gear combos I need to match the difs up to each other. Plan is to do this all at the same time.

THANKS!

Ive been SOA for a couple of months:

I want to swap axles because there's an ARB locker for the M226 now. I think I found a Nismo 4x4 KC 5A 3.36 axle in Montclair I'm gunna check it out tomorrow. I'm looking for a Fronty axle so I don't have to flip perches again.

Just a thought...

Maybe research what gear ratio the Titan front diffs came with, see what would work for you and then build a nice 9" Ford rear axle to match?

When Ponyboy in CO had his next gen SASed (first one done so), he reported that the 9" proved to be a great fit for his ride.  They are plentiful, beefy and have a plethora of great parts, lockers, axles, etc. available.

Just a suggestion.

Hi Bobby!

Yeah I thought about that - great suggestion but I don't want to give up my speedo, VDC and ABS. Greg (PRG) says his Titan's (who's axle is swapped) dash is always lit up like a christmas tree and sometime the ECU freaks out and shuts the engine down when it doesnt get any counts. The Nismo M226 will let me keep all of those electronics and allow me to get it locked whilst keeping it all Nissan. The other thing is I can keep my bolt pattern.

WOW! That is just plain...

I like it a lot OZ!

BTW... I hope you're up to date on your tetanus shot.

The rough surface of rusty metal merely provides a prime habitat for a C. tetani endospore to reside. An endospore is a non-metabolising survival structure that begins to metabolise and cause infection once in an adequate environment. Because C. tetani is an anaerobic bacterium, it and its endospores will thrive in an environment that lacks oxygen. Hence, stepping on a nail (rusty or not) may result in a tetanus infection, as the low-oxygen (anaerobic) environment of a puncture wound provides the bacteria with an ideal breeding ground.
