Joshua Tree (LOTS of pics)

going to go see what I can see tomorrow. Thinking of hitting up the area behind the college and dry lake bed again, only go a little farther than last time. If you are in the area and want to hit up some trails that's where I'll be. I'll take the camera and post them for anyone who is curious what the area has to offer. It's no Johnson Valley but free and fun so you can't beat that.

Had a blast but my friend blew a seal in his jeep. oops! leaking oil almost faster than he could put it back in. Here's pics from both trips. I don't know how large photobucket will make these and I'm posting from my phone so I lose some functionality. Sorry if they are too large. Also have to forgive the bad shots. I didn't have my "A gunner" and it's not easy/safe to wheel and take pictures at the same time.

We go out there a few times a month, tomorrow as a matter of fact.

That little mine only goes in about 15 or 20 feet. There are a few of them out there, most are hidden. Don't know what was dug from them but there are pretty good size pieces of quartz and granite.

Maybe tomorrow I will remember to bring the battery to my big camera... AND the wife

Nice suspension flexing. What kind of suspension do you have? I'm interested in the rear leafs mainly.
