Wasn't there something about tires too?   Grin

Just kidding Chris.  I'm sorry I won't be able to make this one, it would be good to see you and Em, it's been a while. It would be good to see everyone else too.

Have a great time out there.

No idea what you're talking about ! Huh Grin

I thought there would be more people coming what with the tall cute single friend of LilBikerGirl being there.
unfortunately the "tall cure single friend" canceled last night, sorry all you "tall dark and handsome" single men coming Smiley

Fun trip, but for me and Emily it got cut short. There was a little mud pit there and it was enough to clog up the radiator and kill the alternator Sad will post pics and videos some times soon!

It was kinda odd, we took off to quail canyon before camping and the light came on. We stopped and rinsed the alternator with water and the light went off and it was charging. Drove 1/4-1/2 mile and the light came on again Sad gonna take it off tomorrow and rinse it real good then take it to a shop for testing.

Paul and camped, did some nice trails on Sunday, and got home by 1215.  Nice.  Hope your truck gets better.  Cry

Maybe you should captioned one of those last couple of photos, where you're getting towed, as, "a bit too muddy".  Did you meet any nice homeless people under the overpass?

I think they ate at that hot dog vendor's stand.

I've got three pounds of tri-tip left.  Undecided

Long three hour drive home though some pretty busy freeways but no stop-n-go traffic.

The trails today were a mixture of 2WD glass smooth to some pretty challenging (real) black diamond level stuff heading down Lockwood Creek Trail. Next time we need to run the course from south to north up hill. Pictures to follow ... I'm tired.

Chris and Em - nice looking dog.  Is that Sammi?

Sounds like (aside from the breaking down part) everyone had a good time.

It was a good time Frank.  Had some new people and some old people.  Thanks to Paul for leading.

lol , I was overheating on the way home. I developed a crack at the neck of the filler on the radiator. I knew it though from McDs. Decided to go anyhow. One of the things you dont think of till it happens. despite the carnage I had a blast at the playground. I am going to take some people from work out there before life gets to crazy.
