Marty and I took a short trip out to Sandstone Canyon in Anza Borrego on Sunday morning to try out our new ultra wide-angle lenses. It was pretty quiet at first, we were the only ones there until just about the time we were leaving, then 2 groups of about 9 vehicles each showed up. It was pretty crowded at the end of Sandstone Canyon for a while there.  These were all taken with my 10-17 Fish Eye.

Here is a link to a gallery with more pics.

Fish eye view of Fish Creek Wash.

The field of view is almost 180 degrees across the diagonal. Those of you who remember just how narrow this canyon is will appreciate this.

Looking upward in one of the narrower sections.

Xterras in the canyon.

Nice shots Frank! It really was fun being the only ones out there, even if it was only for a while! Here are a couple of my shots from Sunday...

Something is missing from those pictures.  Something... yellow.
