I don’t think it would be too difficult to replace.
I need to know what it’s called and where do mi buy the parts
I will be changing them both (driver and passenger side)
Is there a write-up on this or is it just remove bolt and replace the parts
Since I’m down there should I replace other parts?

Send pics if you have them
thanks in advanced

Before I forget there was a mod on this site on how to attach a Hi-lift Jack on a yamika rack
some of the parts were
    2 metal strips
    bolts, wing-nuts
and other stuff I can’t recall
I hope someone here still has the post

That is the ball joint.

Do some research on the sister web sites as far as the aftermarket mfg. of ball joints.  There is a particular brand that you're not supposed to use as it's been causing lots and lots of failures recently.  I forget the name of the brand but it's one sold through Autozone, Kragen, or Pep Boys.  The exact one escapes me.  That's why I'm suggesting the research.

As for the other bushings in the third picture, Pep Boys sells a set of PolyUrethane "Sway-bar" bushings for $10 which are exactly identical to the Energy Suspension brand of the same bushings which cost more.  The make the ride a bit more predictable with a very noticeable change in how it feels.  You'll like them.  Just make sure you use a lot of lubricant spray when removing the nut at the top of the bolt since the gunk can cause the threads to become damaged and prevent you from disassembling the whole thing which will cause you to cut the bolt and buy a new one and it goes on and on and on.  Just spray the damn thing...

They can be changed, but both finding the parts and changing them can be a PITA.

Before you go through the trouble, give the LCAs a good visual once-over.  They've been known to crack, especially around the shock mounts, but mine were cracking across the arm.  While they can be rewelded if they're not too bad, there's no sense putting new ball joints into wasted parts.  Replacing them with new ones (from the dealer) isn't cheap, but they come with new LCAs and one set of bushings.
