Unfortunately, someone else beat ya to the punch.

But, just to answer your question,

the rear bumper on a 2003 will fit on a 2002.

However, the stock bumper itself has nothing to do with towing.

You'll need a hitch receiver that bolts under the rear bumper to the frame.
Like the one I just gave away on my other thread here.

Sorry...but, keep lookin' and I'm sure one will pop up.

Or.....buy it new for $180.
