Is anyone using a steering stabilizer on the stock steering?

I was thinking about throwing one on for $60... any thoughts?

I do. I got the Bilsteins and ordered it from 4x4parts. Love it! Steering has been right and tight ever since.

I have pics and will be doing a write up soon....

I added one.  Works well.  Only caveat, if you're using it on a toasted stock steering, it will help, but it's only going to be a band aid.

I did a write up for installing the SLR unit, it's on this site somewhere accessible from the home page I think.

Thanks so much.  That was a great write up for a how-to section.  I was wondering how to do it anyways.  Thanks.

wow, that's great!

I don't have an issue with the stock steering, but I'm running 11" wide tires so I expect an issue soon.  Everything looks nice and snug under my rig, but this is a cheap upgrade for the stock steering.

I assume the stock skid plate fits back on without a problem.

Thanks for the help Mitch and Bobby!
