I saw this How-To on Nexterra.com and did the upgrade myself.  It's a step-by-step on how to upgrade you horns complete with instructions, great pics, and a video at the bottom so you can hear the horns yourself.  I can't believe how louder the are in comparison.  A definite need-to-do for the 1 gen. X

Mine truck sounded like herbe.  I took the X in and got the front swaybar bushings and horn replaced for free.

Those are the only two parts replaced under warranty... in my opinion warranty's never pay out.
