Hey - I got my name back!  Cheesy

I buy all my stuff at www.onlinemetals.com.

The "hardest thing to do was take the angle brackets and cut them down to size - about 15 minutes each on a small band saw. I've got access to a big full-size one at work and they would be about 5-10 minutes each now. The other time consuming part was sanding down the 2" rod to fit into the 2" ID pipe. I went a little bit at a time as the rod was like 2.05" and needed some hand sanding to fit snug. Two years later and they're still tight. Tapping the screws was easy as the T6 aluminum is easy to work with.

My PhotoBucket account has some of the diagrams and pictures. I know I made a bill of material - I think I did - but I can't find it on line.
