OK, I'm still looking for a front bumper brush guard/ grill guard. I seem to only find them on line and on the east coast. Hoping that some one knows a place here in southern California (local).
This is what i found:
(2005 - 2011) Nissan Xterra Grill Guard - Black $311.95 - List Price
http://www.calibex.com/Xterra-Grill-Guard

If any body has better info I would much appreciate it.

Stay away from the grill/Brush guards.  They are built from thin gauge metal, offer little to no protection, and they do more body damage in an accident.  If you look around here on this forum, there is a very recent thread on this subject.

Check the For Sale forum over on thenewx.org.  Be patient, and you can find some good deals there.

I landed a Shrockworks bumper for $600, but had to drive to Arizona to grab it.  Still was a value, as the wait time is lengthy and I had it in 24 hours.

You could also talk to a local shop (like Off Road Warehouse) and see what it would take for a custom tube bumper.

Good luck!
