Those are for a Gen1 Xterra, so the bolt pattern would be off.
Does he have a 17" steelie for his spare?

Too bad gen 1's won't fit. I have 4 X rims and 4 steel Titan rims sitting in my garage. They all still have tires on them. Not new but still lots of life left.

I have an set I took off of my off road that more then likely I wont put back on. I am not going to throw out an number but if the price is right I will sell them. I have an 08 X off-road. Should fit.
