Hey all.  I'm looking for a gps dock for my 05 xterra.  Anyone have one for sale??  Please please??  If someone does please let me know I'll be happy to buy it.

If you do have one for sale please stop reading this message.  All others continue.

Just got back from the West Covina Nissan dealer.  The parts dept looked for the gps dock in the system and couldn't find it.  They called Nissan and were told Nissan stopped making the dock for all years prior to 09.  WTH!!!!

Try Salvage lots, if they don't have they can ask nationally. Most of the more reputable ones are on a network of salvage's.

That is what I was thinking I'd need to do.  Haven't spent much time at salvage yards so didn't know they were networked like that, should make it easier than wondering around on my own.

I searched on http://car-part.com/ but they don't list the part under GPS or dock.  That site is a pretty good resource for national salvage yards.  Sorry this isn't more helpful.

Thanks for the help.  I looked on that website too and didn't see "gps dock" either.  Saw another site called it a "navigation dock" but that didn't work there either.

A friend called me today and told me he saw a site that had them.  he called the site and they have plenty in stock.  I was excited!!!! Got home and found out my friend missed that they only had them for 2009 to 2011.  What a let down.....at least he tried.

Thanks for looking but no.  Only way I know that is I entered my VIN to check the part and the website said it wasn't the right part.  I tried the "chat" and they said they are only a warehouse I need to contact the dealer to get more info on parts.

I dont get it, they are an different structure?

I don't get it either but the dealer was clear on the fact that it won't fit but of course not clear on why....or if it could me modified to fit.
